We are currently recruiting Early Childhood Teachers in the Penrith LGA. As part of our not-for-profit Child Care Services β which consistently meet or exceed national quality education standards β youβll join a team committed to giving every child the best start in life.
Current Vacancies
Rotational: β 24 hours/week, Part-Time (Permanent, Wednesday - Friday)
Jamisontown: β 32 hours/week, Part-Time (Temporary up to 31.3.2026, Mon, Tue, Thur & Fri)
- South Penrith: β 16 hours/week, Part-Time (Temporary, Thursday and Friday)
- St Clair: β 16 hours/week, Part-Time (Permanent, Thursday and Friday)
Your day will involve
Lead and inspire young learners in a supportive and inclusive environment
Design and implement engaging educational programs that foster children's development
Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to create enriching learning experiences
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure the highest standards of safety, well-being, and quality education for all children in your care
What are we looking for (Essential Criteria)
Completion of a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) qualification
NESA Accreditation
Experience supervising and interacting with children 0-12 years old
Working with children check (WWCC)
Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012)
Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks to get things done efficiently
Available to work between 6.30am - 6pm
