The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Team.
Within this role you will be responsible for guiding the program and practices at the service and mentoring the team to ensure it is being implemented effectively. You will also be confident in leading a room and giving directions to fellow team members to ensure children's needs are met. Your input towards growth, quality and a vision for learning will be encouraged. You will have prior experience in a similar role and meet the qualification expectations for this role.
You will have a clear understanding of Child safe practices and you will commit to building a stronger, safer culture for children as our company aligns with the 10 Queensland Child Safe Standards.

Suitable qualifications for the role
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG
Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card
Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
