Pay: $34.45- $38.59 (Dependent on experience)

We’re now looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher / Room Leader to lead our Kindy room. Whether you’re already experienced or studying towards your ECT and ready to step up, this role offers the perfect pathway for career progression in a supportive, forward-thinking team.

About the Role:

As Room Leader, you’ll:

• Lead your room’s program, routines, and learning environment

• Mentor and inspire your team of educators

• Create fun, engaging, and developmentally rich learning experiences

• Build lasting connections with children, families, and colleagues

• Ensure high-quality care and compliance with NQF standards

• Continue growing your leadership skills through regular training and support

What You’ll Need:

• Currently studying your Graduate Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care, or already degree-qualified as an ECT

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is desirable

• Experience leading a room, or confidence and motivation to step into leadership

• A strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

• A warm, proactive, and collaborative approach

• Passion for early learning and mentoring others

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:00pm, with flexibility available to support study placements
