Tucked within the Calvary Christian College Campus in Springwood, Kingdom Kids isn't your average childcare program. We cater to curious minds aged 15 months to 5 years, blending natural inquiry with intentional planning to ensure each child blossoms. We are boutique in size,with a licensed capacity of 27 children– fostering that community feel and allowing our educators to provide quality learning and care and better opportunity to understand each child’s unique needs, learning style and personality.

With access to sensory play gardens, bush kindy, a library, farm visits, and more, we're all about community and nurturing children to be lifelong learners.

About Your Role

You'll create fun, meaningful learning experiences that support each child’s growth, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. Your care will help build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children thrive.

Working closely with families and your team, you’ll foster strong relationships, support each child's wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA.If you are halfway through your degree, or already have an Early Childhood Diploma and willing to obtain a Bachelor degree, we can work with that!

Deep understanding of current early childhood education practices, legislation, and child development.

Blue Card (Child Related Employment).

First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

Right to work in Australia.
