Job Description
We are seeking experienced**Early Childhood Teacher + Team Leaders (Dual role)**for our Kinder Room at our Noble Park Campus.

Key duties for the positions include?
Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children, documenting and extending children's learning.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
What you will need:
Bachelor, Master's Degree and / or other higher tertiary qualifications comparable to the educational level of an Australian Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree (Australian Qualifications Framework Level 6) or higher, withat least 1 year****of Early Childhood Teacher experience.
For overseas ECE qualifications, successful assessment by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) is required.
Experience in Montessori ECE is highly advantageous.
Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Current Working with Children check, First Aid Certificate, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
Available for 5 days with flexible working arrangements.
