**Location:**Stepping Stones Preschool and Child Care Centre – Urunga, NSW **Position Type:**Full-Time or Part-Time (negotiable) **Start Date:**ASAP or by agreement

About Us

Stepping Stones Preschool and Child Care Centre is a privately owned and operated long day care service, located inUrunga, NSW. We are licensed for 46 children per day and operate51 weeks a year, from7:30 am to 5:30 pm. We pride ourselves on our warm, community-focused environment and our commitment to providing high-quality early education and care.

Qualifications & Experience

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

ABachelor of Education (Early Childhood)orEarly Childhood and Primary

A commitment to working under theNational Quality Framework (NQF)

The ability to effectively implement theplanning cycleand support children to achieve learning outcomes

A current or eligibleWorking With Children Check (WWCC)

Astrong passion for early childhood education– experience is welcome but not essential

Apositive, can-do attitudeand a willingness to have fun and engage

Excellentcommunication skills– both verbal and written

Aprofessional and friendly presentation

Strongorganisational skills

The ability towork collaboratively with team members

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with theDirector,Educational Leader, and other team members to guide and support a passionate team

Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care in alignment with the EYLF and NQS

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Maintainconfidentialityand professionalism at all times

Participate in ongoing reflection and professional development

Take on additional duties as required by management
