Your Role
We are hiring Early Childhood Teachers to lead teams of educators and drive the learning, development and curiosity of children. You will relish the joys of working with children, while building positive relationships with staff and families. We value people with initiative and strong educational ideas to support our team deliver quality services.
This is an important role within our services. Your energy, and commitment to excellence will support a play-based learning environment where children flourish.

What We Need from You
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or working towards ECT qualification.
- A Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- A minimum of one year experience or ability to demonstrate the capability and capacity to be an effective Early Childhood Teacher.
- Display confident abilities to communicate, reflect, challenge professional dialogue and build respectful workplace relationships.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
