What You’ll Be Doing As a trainee, you will:

Support educators in planning and delivering play-based learning

Help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children

Assist in daily routines and activities

Build positive relationships with children, families and team members

Commit to studying and completing your Certificate III during your traineeship

What You’ll Need

No qualifications are needed to apply – just the right attitude! To be successful, you must have:

A genuine passion for working with children

A caring, enthusiastic personality and strong communication skills – verbal and written

Reliability, flexibility and availability between 7am – 6pm

Willingness to learn and follow guidance as part of your traineeship

NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Australian citizenship or permanent residency (traineeship requirement)
