Early Childhood Trainee

Edgeworth Childcare Centre are seeking a Certificate III Trainee to join our team of dedicated Educators.

As an Early Childhood Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced educators to support the development and learning of children aged 0-5 years. You will be involved in planning and implementing educational programs, ensuring the well-being of children, and creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the planning and delivery of educational activities and programs. • Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences. • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members. • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment. • Observe and document children’s progress and achievements. • Be an active participant in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: • Currently studying or willing to enrol in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. • Passion for early childhood education and a desire to learn and grow in the field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children. • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
