The Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicatedEarly Childhood Traineewho is ready to start their journey in this rewarding profession. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced educators while gaining hands on experience and working toward yourCertificate III in Early Childhood Education and Careas part of an 18-month paid traineeship.

As a trainee, you’ll be fully supported by a mentor and our experienced team while developing your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will be:

Passionate about early childhood education and eager to learn

Committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children

Warm, reliable, and a team player

Willing to work towards (or already possess):

First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Aged 18 years or over
