Early Learning Educator - Sydney's North Shore - To $80K + super

This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to an innovative setting that promotes growth and learning for children aged 1-5 Key Responsibilities:

• Work shifts between 7am and 6pm
• Nurturing curiosity, independence & a love for learning in alignment with the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Actively participate in staff meetings to discuss the needs of families and students
• Lead the planning and documentation of children's learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards

What You'll Bring:

• A relevant qualification: ACECQA-recognized Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Commitment to and working knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Hands-on experience in the ELC/ELS sector
• Current certifications in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Emergency Asthma Management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid IT proficiency
