About the role
Site located at Amaroo ELDC, Silkstone, QLD
Part-time, 22.08 hrs/week
12 months fixed term
In this meaningful role, you'll be part of a passionate Early Years Team, planning, delivering, and reflecting on engaging and high-quality education and care programs. Guided by a holistic approach, you'll help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where children and families feel supported and respected. You will also work alongside the Early Childhood Teacher's to support learning experiences that meet each childβs needs and align with our serviceβs values, current regulations, and curriculum goals.
About the successful applicant
To be successful in this role, you will:
Selection Criteria:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience as an Early Years Educator
Demonstrated experience in early childhood service provision
Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development, including the Early Years Framework and Child Safe Standards
Current First Aid and CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
Have own transport and driver's license
Mandatory Requirements:
Current Working with Children Check β Blue Card
Current Open Driverβs Licence
