**About the Role: **
- Full-time, off the floor, $110β$120K + super & a possibility of salary growth with performance and KPIs
- Lead a large purpose-built centre with the freedom to shape culture, systems, and community from day one
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire your own team of educators in a supportive, people-first environment
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community, creating trust and connection
- Oversee compliance, A&R, CCS, and daily operations with confidence and care
- Plan ahead for staffing and growth while keeping daily rhythms calm and consistent
- Backed by a family-owned provider who supports you with compliance, occupancy, and marketing - while giving you autonomy to lead

About You:
Youβll thrive in this role if you are someone who:
- Brings leadership experience in early childhood (Director or strong 2IC ready to step up)
- Ideally holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ACECQA approved) - Diploma qualified will be considered.
- Has proven ability in recruitment, retention, and occupancy growth
- Is confident navigating compliance, A&R, and CCS processes
- Balances big-picture thinking with the detail of daily operations
- Is a calm, energetic, and trusted presence for families and educators alike.
Child Safeguarding:
Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (theChild Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, could include, but are not limited to:
- A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.
