Cudgegong PCC is excited to share this rare opportunity for an Educator to join our existing team for immediate start.

Cudgegong PCC educates and cares for 29 children aged between 6 weeks - 6 years and is located in Ruse, NSW. We are looking for an educator who has strong industry experience or has a strong passion within early education and is passionate, enthusiastic and motivated about their career.

The right candidate will be working alongside others so good communication and teamwork skills are essential. The centre is open from 7:00am - 6:00pm so you must be available to work any shift during these operating hours.

Our service operates only 50 weeks of the year, we close over the Christmas period for two weeks, which allows our educators to have that quality time with families and enjoy a well-deserved break.

Essential Criteria:

Current WWCC.

Current First Aid & CPR.

Current and updated child protection training (CHCPRT001)

Hold your ECT, Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC50113) or equivalent.

Have excellent communication skills Written & Verbal.

Be willing to learn and be part of our dedicated team.

Previous Experience

Competency with Programming and Planning including establishing and maintaining an ongoing cycle of observation that is in line with the center's established procedures.

Strong Leadership Skills.

Sound knowledge of the EYLF & NQF.

A child focused/centered personal philosophy (that aligns with Cudgegong PCC’s)

Effective skills & strategies to successfully establish and maintain trusting and reciprocal relationships with children, families & fellow educators.
