Bluebird Glen Waverley is currently recruiting ECTs. Diploma and Certificate III Educators for our beautiful purpose-built service in the heart of Glen Waverley.

About the Centre:

AtBluebird Glen Waverley, we provide the highest quality Care and Education to all children from the ages of 6 weeks to 6 years. Our wonderful Service is a premium, purpose-built childcare facility, designed to provide a natural and family-friendly environment, inclusive for all.

Our state-of-the-art Early Education facility is designed to “Ignite the Spirit of Learning” within every child – and our safe, inviting environments encourage children to freely explore the world around them. From our large fort, and sustainability areas to our sand/ mud stations, and quiet reading nooks - you will have endless opportunities to create quality programs, engage in meaningful relationships, and bring a sense of energy to the environment each day.

The Roles

We want to build our network of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators.

We currently have permanent part-time opportunities for Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our Bluebird team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s in early childhood education & Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA)

· Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in an ECT role at an Early Childhood Education Centre.

· Diploma or Certificate III or actively working toward these qualifications.

· Current Working with Children Check

· Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.

· Work experience in an Early Childhood setting

· Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
