Key requirements:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent*)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Building and maintaining partnerships with families through daily contact, in person and using specialist social media tools

Having excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF & NQS)

Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments

An expert at guiding, mentoring and inspiring team members
