We are currently seeking anexperienced Early Childhood Room Leaderto join our established team in*South Penrith.

About the Role As a Room Leader, you will:

• Lead engaging programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)andNational Quality Standards (NQS).
• Design and evaluate stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Record meaningful observations and track children’s development.
• Mentor and support fellow educators, ensuring practices reflect EYLF principles.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Approved First Aid,Asthma, andAnaphylaxiscertifications.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid computer literacy and administrative skills.
