Busy Bees at Spearwood is a 36-place service that welcomes you with beautiful learning spaces that invite open-ended interactions, exploration, and connection with nature. The service has a wonderful team of long standing Bilingual Educators — Polish, German, Filipino, Arabic, Pakistani, Mandarin and Cantonese — who love to share their languages and cultures.
You'll find our child care in Spearwood conveniently located on Rockingham Road, across from the Phoenix Shopping Centre and close to public transport and nearby parks

🐝 Essential Qualifications and Licenses:
Graduate Diploma or Bachelorof Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).
Current and valid WATeacher's Registration/Accreditation.
**First Aid Certificate (including CPR)**and training in asthma and anaphylaxis management.
Current & validAustralian work rights & Photo ID.
Current Child Protection Training certification.
🐝 Desirable Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
Strong understanding ofEYLF, NQS, and National Regulationsto plan, implement, and evaluate tailored educational programs.
**Proven experience as an Early Childhood Teacher,**creating inclusive environments for children of all backgrounds and abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
Skilled in observing, documenting learning, and using relevant software for planning and communication.
Collaborative, working well with educators, support staff, and families, with ongoing commitment to professional development.
Minimum 12 months' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a licensed service.
