We are a family run and operated childcare service that prides itself on being warm, approachable, and supportive. We value our staff, and we’re looking for a dedicated Educational Leader to join our team and help lead learning with creativity, knowledge, and heart.

About the Role

This is an off-the-floor leadership role,****giving you dedicated time and space to focus on educational leadership. We will consider Part time for the right candidate.

You will:

Lead, mentor, and support educators in developing high-quality educational programs.

Ensure that learning programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Collaborate with educators to embed intentional teaching practices and reflective practice.

Inspire and empower the team to create engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

About You

You are an enthusiastic, approachable, and knowledgeable educator who values collaboration and continuous learning. You will bring:

A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and current early childhood practices.

Proven experience mentoring or supporting other educators.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional growth.

Current Working With Children Check.

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
