About the Role As an Educational Leader at The Grove Academy, you’ll inspire and guide our educators in delivering high-quality education programs. You’ll lead the implementation of our innovative Grove Theory curriculum, ensuring a dynamic and stimulating learning environment for children.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the implementation of our curriculum across the centre

Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver outstanding practices

Guiding the team in meeting and exceeding the EYLF and NQS standards

Collaborating with educators to create meaningful and inspiring learning experiences

Promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience We’re looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about early childhood education. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care

Proven experience mentoring and guiding educators

A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and curriculum development

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A genuine passion for inspiring learning and innovation
