Educational Leader OOSH

Title: Educational Leader (with Responsible Person duties)

**Employment Type:**Permanent Part-Time – 30 hours per week

**Location:**Maroubra Junction, NSW 2035

Maroubra Junction Before and After School & Vacation Care Centre (MJCC) is seeking a dedicated Educational Leader to guide the development and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and child-led program in our vibrant OOSH setting.

What You'll Do: Lead curriculum planning, documentation and review based on the My Time, Our Place framework (MTOP).

Mentor and support educators in embedding intentional teaching and inclusive practices.

Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and contribution to our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Support a responsive and engaging learning environment that fosters child agency and wellbeing.

Act as a Responsible Person, contributing to the day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For: Diploma or above in Children’s Services/OOSH/ Primary Education, or currently working towards.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in OOSH, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of the NQF, including NQS, Regs, and MTOP.

Experience in mentoring, reflective practice, and educational planning.

Current WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid including CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma is required.
