About the role

Piptree is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our vibrant early childhood education and care centre in Sunnybank Hills, Queensland. This is a part-time role or full time role for the right person, with the opportunity to work closely with our passionate team of educators to provide high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating with the Centre Managers and team to plan, implement and evaluate the educational program

Mentoring and supporting educators to enhance their professional practice

Ensuring the educational program aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Analysing children's learning and development and using this to guide curriculum decisions

Engaging with families to build strong partnerships and gather feedback on the educational program

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the centre's practices and policies

What we're looking for

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education ACECQA approved.

Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework V2 and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and the team

Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate the educational program

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for children
