As an Educational Leader, you will be central to embedding quality practice, inspiring educators, and ensuring programs reflect the needs and voices of children and families.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead, guide, and mentor educators in curriculum planning and implementation.
• Ensure programs are aligned with the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS.
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager to support compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive reflective practice, innovation, and a culture of professional growth.
• Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and community networks.
• Model and promote Aspire’s values in your daily practice.

About You

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
• Previous experience as an Educational Leader (or demonstrated capacity to step into the role).
• In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about inspiring both children and educators.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
