As an Educational Leader, you will be central to embedding quality practice, inspiring educators, and ensuring programs reflect the needs and voices of children and families.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead, guide, and mentor educators in curriculum planning and implementation.
- Ensure programs are aligned with the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager to support compliance and continuous improvement.
- Drive reflective practice, innovation, and a culture of professional growth.
- Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and community networks.
- Model and promote Aspireβs values in your daily practice.
About You
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader (or demonstrated capacity to step into the role).
- In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about inspiring both children and educators.
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
