We are seeking both Qualified Educators and Educator Trainees to join our dedicated team in Riverview. Whether you’re already qualified or just beginning your career in Early Childhood Education, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful.

About the Roles

Qualified Educator

Create engaging, play-based learning environments for children.

Build positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and the team.

Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of learning programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and uphold the values of Uniting Early Learning.

Educator Trainee

Earn while you learn – we’ll support you to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Work alongside experienced educators who will mentor and guide you.

Assist with creating welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating environments for children.

Gain hands-on experience while studying and developing your skills.

About You

For Qualified Educator

Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Passion for early learning and commitment to creating nurturing, inclusive spaces for all children.

For Educator Trainee

Genuine interest in building a career in Early Childhood Education.

Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Willingness to enrol and study towards a Certificate III.

Reliability, positivity, and a caring nature.
