THE KINDERGARTEN is a new and inspiring early childhood education service, opening its doors in the beautiful township of Ballan, Victoria. Purpose-built and thoughtfully designed, this brand-new centre is committed to delivering excellence in early education and care.
We are on the lookout for passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our founding team. Whether you’re Cert III qualified, hold a Diploma, or you’re an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – we welcome educators at all levels who are ready to shape something special from the very beginning.

About You
You’re enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to providing the highest quality early education. You value respectful relationships with families, thrive in a team environment, and are excited by the opportunity to be part of a new service’s journey.
To be successful, you will have:
A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Availability to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am – 6:30pm
A sound understanding of the Child Safety Standards, EYLF, NQS, and play-based learning principles
A current WWCC (Employee), First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for early childhood education
