Join theKids Crew team in Nowra– a warm, welcoming service providing before and after school care and vacation care for up to 25 children. With programs running from 7–9am and 3–5.30pm during the school term, and 7am–5.30pm during school holidays, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference in a flexible and fun environment.

Here, you’ll be working with the big kids aged 5–12 years, helping them explore their interests, build friendships, and have fun in a safe and supportive space.

We’re seeking a passionate and engaging educator who thrives on creating enriching experiences and building strong relationships with children and their families. Whether you're new to the field or bring experience with you, if you’ve got the right attitude and a love for working with children – we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

• Support and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12 yearsduring before, after school, and vacation care
• Foster a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where children thrive
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and the wider school community
• Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team
• Embrace flexibility, creativity, and a positive outlook each day

What You’ll Need:

• A passion for working with school-aged children (5–12 years)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• Certificate III or working towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification for OSHC)
