Educator - Outside School Hours Care

Responsibilities of the role

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care.

Have a great work ethic and enjoy working with young people.

Supervise and engage children in a variety of activities.

Support the planning and delivery of play-based, age-appropriate programs.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Mandatory requirement

This position requires you to hold a Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card), in accordance with QLD legislative requirements. Your employment is conditional upon obtaining a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) through the Queensland Government's Department of Justice and Attorney-General.

ACECQA Approved Diploma Qualification in Education Support, Early Childhood, or related field

Approved First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Hours

Before School Care - Monday to Friday - 6.30 am - 9.30 am

After School Care - Monday to Friday – casual shifts available

School Holiday Programs - Various Shifts
