Educator Perm Part Time, short days, school holidays off!

We're seeking a passionate, flexible and experienced early childhood educator to join our team.

We're a 60-place term time Community Child Care Centre with a single Kindergarten unit in Clayfield.We provide care during school term times from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm**and provide vacation care during the Easter, June/July, and September school term breaks.

We enjoy a long tradition of providing quality early childhood education and have an exceeding rating from ACECQA.

We are seeking a permeant part time hours (5 days per week during term times) for 37 hours per week.

On-call vacation care shifts are also available to the successful applicant.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys variety and all ages

• Has experience with children of all ages

• Has minimum 2 years experience working with children aged 0-5 years, including documented experience in planning and implementing educational programs

• Is passionate about education

• Has a relevant qualification (Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent)

• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Must have current Blue Card and Working With Children Check before start date. Child Protection Certificate and ACECQA recognised first-aid qualification must be obtained within 4 weeks of employment

• Current certifications in CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management (or willing to obtain within 4 weeks)
