About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our vibrant early childhood education team at Busy Kidz Pre-School/Long Day Care Centre in Rosemeadow, NSW. This part-time role will see you play a vital part in shaping the development and learning experiences of children aged 0-5 years old.

What you'll be doing

1.

Plan, implement and evaluate engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs that support each child's individual needs and interests 2.

Observe, document and assess children's learning and development to inform curriculum planning 3.

Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families 4.

Actively contribute to the centre's daily operations and ensure a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment 5.

Work collaboratively with the teaching team to achieve the centre's educational and care objectives 6.

Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. 2.

Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting 3.

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 4.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families and the teaching team 5.

Passion for supporting children's holistic development and fostering a love of learning 6.

Positive, patient and nurturing approach to working with young children 7.

Current First Aid certificate, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma management 8.

Working with Children Check / Child safe standards
