Our beautiful NidoSeafordservice is looking for vibrant and dedicated educators to join our growing team! We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

• 91 place service, close to public transport for easy commute to work
• Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas
• Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
• Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
• Opening hours - 6:30am-6:30pm - Monday-Friday
• Regular excursions and incursions, with Bush Kinder, Art Class and Yoga classes

ABOUT YOU:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
• In-depth experience working in a childcare service
• Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
• Have strong communication and time-management skills
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
