About the Role

As an Educator at The Grove Academy, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, enriching, and safe environment for children to thrive. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to the implementation of exciting programs that inspire curiosity and learning. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering fun, engaging and milestone aligned learning experiences

Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team

Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Supporting children’s growth through observation and documentation

Contributing to a culture of collaboration and fun

Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone who embodies passion and enthusiasm. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Great communication and teamwork skills

Dedication to providing quality care and fostering children’s learning

A positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences
