The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join the team. This role is perfect for educators holding either a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Diploma qualification, looking to contribute to a vibrant room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for children.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (mandatory).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Passionate about early childhood education and fostering child development.
