About Our Lady of Lourdes Outside School Hours Care:
- Located within the grounds of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary Schooland part of the Sunnybank Parish
- Longstanding service with over 20 years of operation, working closely with the school community
- Licensed to care for up to 120 childrenacross before school, after school, and vacation care programs
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environmentfor all children
- Design programs that are responsive to each child’s interests, culture, strengths, and knowledge
- Promote a strong sense of belonging, identity, and wellbeing
- Actively foster cultural awareness and inclusionacross the service community A Day in the Service:
- Provide warm, nurturing care to support each child’s wellbeing and development
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where all children thrive
- Design and lead fun, educational, and recreational activities tailored to diverse interests
- Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with your team and the families we support
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and experiences
- Enjoy the chance to join exciting excursions during vacation care

What we are looking for:
- Cert III or Diploma qualified in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent) would be desirable
- Previous experience in childcare or education
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children
