About Our Lady of Lourdes Outside School Hours Care:

• Located within the grounds of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary Schooland part of the Sunnybank Parish
• Longstanding service with over 20 years of operation, working closely with the school community
• Licensed to care for up to 120 childrenacross before school, after school, and vacation care programs
• Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environmentfor all children
• Design programs that are responsive to each child’s interests, culture, strengths, and knowledge
• Promote a strong sense of belonging, identity, and wellbeing
• Actively foster cultural awareness and inclusionacross the service community A Day in the Service:
• Provide warm, nurturing care to support each child’s wellbeing and development
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where all children thrive
• Design and lead fun, educational, and recreational activities tailored to diverse interests
• Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with your team and the families we support
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and experiences

What we are looking for:

• Cert III or Diploma qualified in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent) would be desirable
• Previous experience in childcare or education
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children
