Educators - Cert 3 and Diploma Full and Part Time Available

The Opportunity

Austin Cove Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate early childhood educators to join our vibrant team in South Yunderup, WA. We have full-time and part-time positions available for candidates with Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and engage in educational activities for children aged 0-5 years

Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to support the holistic development of each child

Establish positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

Contribute to the planning, documentation, and evaluation of the curriculum

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings

What We're Looking For

Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience working in a similar early childhood setting, preferably in a long day care or preschool environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Christian ethos

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and learning experiences for children

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and current best practices in early childhood education

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check
