What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging and educational programs that support the development and learning of children aged 0-5 years

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to play and learn

Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community

Documenting children's learning and development and communicating progress with families

Adhering to all relevant early childhood education and care regulations and Goodstart's policies and procedures

Actively participating in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Relevant early childhood education qualification (Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)

Demonstrated knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Proven experience in planning, programming and documenting children's developmental progress

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Current VIC Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
