Natural Elements Eagleby is a home away from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Eagleby, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that provides care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
Role Requirements
The opportunities have become available for permanent part-time Trainee, Cert III & Nursery Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need;
a Cert 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or willing to study Cert III for Trainee
a current and valid Working with Children Check
a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and QKLG
Have knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place as well as The Education and Care National Regulations and Act
an ability to interpret curriculum documents (Diploma Educators)
effective oral and written communication skills

Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
Displays a positive attitude, with the ability to remain motivated within the fast-paced environment
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
Participate in professional and personal development.
Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Smart landβs Vision, Mission and Values.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the program.
