You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Building genuine relationships and creating great first impressions comes naturally to you, and you understand the importance of every interaction in a familyβs childcare journey.
Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective families and respond to inquiries.
Attend to enrolment queries including organising tours, sending enrolment forms, creating accounts profiles and booking patterns in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to parents and Centre Managers regarding account-related inquiries.
Explain the benefits of our childcare programs and services.
Schedule tours and consultations with Center Directors.
Follow up with leads and build trusting relationships with families.
Keep detailed records of conversations and outcomes in our CRM system.
Meet weekly targets for calls, bookings, and enrolments.
Ad hoc administrative duties.
Skills and Experience:
Have experience in telephone sales, customer service, or childcare (preferred).
Possess excellent communication and listening skills.
Are warm, empathetic, and professional on the phone.
Are organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools including Owna.
Strong attention to detail and task completion skills.
High organisational skills and the ability to prioritise daily tasks.
