About the Role
You will provide high-level executive support to the Chief Early Childhood Officer. This includes managing complex calendars, preparing documents and board materials, supporting event coordination, and liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for the Chief
Coordinate board and committee documentation, briefing papers, and reports
Respond to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and discretion
Process expense reconciliations, invoices, and financial documentation
Plan and deliver events including venues, travel, accommodation, and catering
Maintain confidential records and support HR-related admin functions
About You
You are a proactive and discreet professional with:
Previous experience supporting executives or senior leaders in complex settings
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools
The ability to exercise sound judgement and always maintain confidentiality
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in executive-level support in a complex environment
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and/or events management
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated high level customer service and communication skills with experience producing business correspondence, reports and meeting papers and an ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders in a culturally diverse environment, dealing efficiently and tactfully with sensitive and confidential matters.
Demonstrated commitment to Catholic Faith with an understanding and willingness to work within the Catholic ethos, traditions, and practices of the Diocese of Sandhurst.
