Experienced Room Leader

Trinity Academy Heathcote is looking for a dedicated and passionateRoom Leader for 18 months to 3 years age groupto join our supportive and vibrant team.

📍**Location:**Trinity Academy Heathcote 🕒**Position:**Full-time

You would be joining our passionate, professional and enthusiastic team of educators in a homely environment.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in an early years setting, in a leadership role

Diploma qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education/Childcare

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team

A child-centred approach, ensuring high standards of care and education

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Be able to work shifts between Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)

Up to date Child Protection training

Clear understanding of the National Quality Standards, Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
