The opportunity The Family Support and Inclusion Officer is a key role at Aspire Early Education, responsible forsupporting familiesthrough the orientation process,assisting with the settling of childreninto their learning environments, andproviding guidancefor familiesmanaging behaviouralconcerns.
This role involvesinitiating difficult conversationswith families, connecting them withcommunity resources, and guiding them throughgovernment funding processes. Working closely with Centre Leadership Teams, Room Leaders, and families to ensures the best outcomes forchildrenβs wellbeing and development. You will be workingPart-time 25 hoursper week across five days per week. There may be options to work up to 37.5 hours.

- Must hold a Diploma in early childhood education & care OR Above.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training certificates.
- Current Employee Working with Children Check.
- Mandatory Reporting Training.
- Familiarity with early childhood development and behavioural strategies.
- Understanding of community resources and government funding processes.
- Stong background in early years inclusion is highly regarded
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the National Quality Framework (NQF).
