The Little Learning Tree is a family owned and operated early learning centre catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Due to increasing enrolments, we are excited to be expanding our team and are seeking passionate, qualifiedEarly Childhood Educatorsto join us on a full-time basis.

Your Role Will Include:

Creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children

Supporting children’s learning and wellbeing through thoughtful planning and interactions

Observing, documenting, and evaluating children's progress

Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Demonstrating a strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks

About You:

-

Hold (or be actively working towards) acert III or diplomia qualificatrionor equivalent

Ideally minimum1 year of experiencein an early childhood setting

Sound knowledge of theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)andNational Quality Standards (NQS)

Hold currentFirst Aid, CPR, andWorking with Children Check(or be willing to obtain)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth
