About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Full-time, permanent position with immediate start available

Lead and support age-appropriate learning experiences

Assist with daily routines and maintain a safe, caring environment

Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality early childhood education

Contribute to an inclusive learning environment that promotes a strong sense of belonging

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, organised, and passionate about early learning

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), child development, and the National Quality Standard (NQS)

A warm, inclusive approach that values diversity and supports each child’s potential

Essential Requirements:

Current Working with Children Check

Up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Mandatory child protection training

Previous experience in an early childhood education setting
