What You'll Do

Create rich, inclusive, and engaging learning programs aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Build genuine relationships with children, families, and your colleagues

Ensure a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment

Document children’s learning and development meaningfully

Collaborate with your team through reflective practice, intentional teaching, and innovation

Maintain compliance with theNational Quality Frameworkand uphold our strong child-safe culture

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking educators and teachers who are:

Passionate about early education and nurturing children’s development

Positive, proactive, and genuinely collaborative

Committed to continuous improvement and inclusive practice

Essential Requirements:

ACECQA-recognised Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

ValidWorking with Children Check

CurrentFirst Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Child Protection training

Sound understanding of theNQF, EYLF, and child-safe principles
