What we're looking for:

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

A love of child-led learning and a genuine connection with children

An interest in Montessori (experience is not required – we support training!)

A collaborative, kind and professional attitude

A willingness to grow and evolve – no matter how many years you’ve been in the sector
