About You:

• Experience in OSHC or Early Childhood Education at management level
• Passionate about leading, mentoring and making a difference
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Hold a qualification in Early Years or OSHC
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework
• Comfortable having a number of people report into you
• Proven ability to mentor multi-site leaders and lead change at scale.
• Full working rights in Australia
