About the Role:

Sydney International School of Technology and Commerce (SISTC) is seeking an experienced academic leader to spearhead the development and accreditation of itsMaster of TeachingandGraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Educationprograms. This is a unique opportunity toplay a pivotal rolein shaping a new academic discipline within a dynamic and growing teaching-based institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead thedesign, development, and accreditationof postgraduate early childhood education programs.

Overseecurriculum design, unit outlines, and assessment frameworksaligned with TEQSA, ACECQA, and AQF Level 9 standards.

Collaborate with the**Academic Board, Learning and Teaching Committee, and Course Industry Advisory Committee (CIAC)**to ensure successful course proposals.

Ensure all program content meetsregulatory and compliance standards.

ncorporatecurrent trends and researchinto course development.

Prepare and present reports to key academic stakeholders.

Selection Criteria:

**PhD (or equivalent)**in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience indeveloping and delivering postgraduate education programs.

Strong knowledge ofTEQSA accreditation processesand compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work withacademic boards, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.

Experience in designinglearning outcomes and assessment tasksaligned with AQF Level standards.

Strongleadership and project management skills.
