In home educator

In Home Care Educator - immediate start

We are seeking qualified and caring Educators to support a family caring for a 5 year old children in wheelchair. Location is Brisbane South.

Typical shifts:

Monday to Wednesday: 7:00am - 8:30am & 2:30pm - 6pm

Thursday: 7:00am - 9am & 2:00pm - 5pm

Friday: 7:00am - 8:30am & 2:30pm - 6pm

Saturday: 7:00am - 5pm

**Average weekly hours:**36.5 hours and up to 45-50 hours during school holiday.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, responsive care in the family home

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

Communicate effectively with families and the IHC Coordinator

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

What You Need

Driver License and your own vehicle

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification

Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Clearance

ABN and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Confidence working independently in home-based settings
