🧸Inclusion Support Educator (ISS Educator)

📅 Full Time | Fixed Term (until Feb 2026, with strong potential to extend into 2027) 💰 Pay Rate: Up to $34.83/hour 📍 Location: Cameron Park, NSW 🎓 Qualification: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

In this role, you’ll work closely with our inclusion support team to create a welcoming, accessible space for every child. You’ll help tailor programs to meet individual developmental needs and ensure children of all abilities feel supported and empowered.

📚Diploma Qualified Educator

📅 Full Time | Permanent 💰 Pay Rate: $30.93–$34.83/hour (Depending on experience) 📍 Location: Cameron Park, NSW 🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working toward)

As a Diploma Educator, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating age-appropriate learning programs, building strong relationships with families, and helping children thrive in a safe, stimulating environment.

🧠What You’ll Bring (for all roles)

Must-Haves:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid certification (including asthma & anaphylaxis)

Skills & Attributes:

A commitment to inclusive, respectful, and responsive care

Understanding of developmental milestones and child-led programming

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player with flexibility and initiative

Knowledge of the EYLF & NQS (bonus!)

Digital confidence for documentation and family communication

Respect for cultural diversity and individual family needs
