Only About Children (OAC) is looking for anInclusion Support Educatorto join our Penrith campus. This is apermanent full-time opportunityto work in a supportive, collaborative environment where you'll deliver high-quality, inclusive education and care for children with additional needs and complex behaviours. You'll partner closely with families, mentor team members, and help shape a campus culture that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and excellence in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide inclusive education and care tailored to children with diverse needs.

• Support social, emotional, and educational development using trauma-informed strategies.

• Collaborate with families and campus teams to develop and implement individualised support plans.

• Contribute to documentation, Quality Improvement Plans, and inclusive practices.

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.

• Work in a supportive team guided by OAC's HEART values: Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork.

About You:

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood, Disability Support, or Allied Health (or working towards).

• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• Minimum 2 years' experience in early childhood or related settings (desirable).

• Passion for inclusion, child safety, and delivering high-quality care.

• Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a reflective and growth-focused mindset.
