Are you passionate about inclusive education and supporting preschool-aged children (3–5 years) to thrive? Possum Early Childhood Centre is seeking two dedicated Inclusion Support Educators to join our nurturing and innovative team.

About the Roles

We havetwo part-time positionsavailable:

🔹Role 1:

• 15 hours/week

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday

• 10:00am – 3:00pm (flexible)

🔹Role 2:

• 20 hours/week

• Tuesday to Friday

• 11:30am – 4:30pm (flexible)

These roles are designed to support inclusive practices within our preschool environment, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and engaged.

About You

We’re looking for educators who:

• Hold aCertificate III or DiplomainEarly Childhood Educationand Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and working withchildren aged 3–5

• Embrace respectful, responsive practices and evidence-based teaching

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with families and colleagues

• Are committed to continuous learning and professional growth
